Everyone has been anticipating the August 21st release of the first-person shoot ‘em up, Bioshock. With the release just around the corner they decided to whet everyone’s appetite by releasing a demo of the game on Xbox Live.

As can be expected many people who don’t own the Xbox were hoping to get a demo to download to their PC, but were unable to find any. Irrational Games (which has recently changed names to 2K Boston) is assuring fans that the PC demo will be available later this month. But seeing as how the game will be released in a week it seems kind of pointless to wait and play the demo.

Many people have been able to play the demo and loved it. If you aren’t used to first person shooter you will soon grow to like it after playing this and you’ll be begging for more. The demo is approx. 1.35GB. Just in case you can’t get your hands on the demo we’ve provided the trailer for you to enjoy and to get you excited for the release next week!
