Nintendo Releasing Newer And More Improved DS Model
Sales for the handheld Nintendo DS has seen a drop when compared to last year’s sales. For some time now we have all been looking for signs that Nintendo would be redesigning the DS or releasing a brand new model that would offer more features and be slightly more exciting then the current model.
According to Nikkei Net that time has finally come! The new system will be released in Japan no later then the end of the year. The features for the new device include music playback, camera function, and improved wireless capabilities. Those are the only details that we have at this time.
We are hoping that in a few weeks or months they will release the official name for it and let us know if the screen will be larger and there will be more memory for it. It wouldn’t be a best seller if they didn’t make some dramatic external and internal changes.
According to speculations the new model might cost as much as $190. If that is true then we would be getting a good deal. This price is not much higher then the current DS model.
