Is The DVD Wii Coming Or Not?
The rumors stating that the DVD enabled Wii will not be arriving this year have been greatly exaggerated. A few weeks ago we heard a rumor stating that they wouldn’t be able to produce enough to distribute them around the world. We all know that rumors can change over night and change they did.
This week Nintendo released a statement stating that they have been delayed – but they are trying their hardest to get it to everyone. You can read the statement they released:
“Although we had told you that we planned to release the model described above in the latter half of 2007, we will not be able to. We are currently focusing our efforts on manufacturing the current version of the hardware and fulfilling the strong demand in Japan, the US, and Europe. We apologize deeply for troubling our customers and making you wait. We humbly ask for your understanding.”
