Get ready all you nerdy PC gamers because the game of the year(for you guys)is getting ready to release their first demo. The Crysis demo will be released September 25th, the same day as Halo 3’s release to stores. Don’t worry though, we don’t think that the reign of Halo will be disturbed. After all they are for two different systems.

For September 25, “gamers can mark a big circle” in their calendars, since in 30 days they’ll be able to get their hands on the first level of the game, called “Contact”. Crytek raised the stakes and also promised a “huge surprise” for all fans, but we’ll have to wait until September 25 to see what’s it all about.

“Consisting of the entire first level in Crysis’ epic single player campaign, Contact, gamers will get to finally experience first- hand the stunning visuals, revolutionary Nanosuit gameplay and open-ended level design that make Crysis one of the most anticipated shooters and PC games of all time,” says Crytek, adding that the demo is poised to feature a major surprise.

The demo will give players the occasion to “finally experience first-hand the stunning visuals, revolutionary Nanosuit gameplay and open-ended level design that make Crysis one of the most anticipated shooters and PC games of all time.”

In case you were wondering Crysis will not be coming to any of the gaming consoles. Makers of the game stated that the Xbox and PS3 don’t have enough memory to hold all that the game offers.
