As if the Xbox 360 didn’t have enough people gawking at it while waiting for the release of Halo 3 they also had to flaunt off their exclusive RPG Blue Dragon game which isn’t going to be exclusive for very long. Blue Dragon, which was created by the brilliant mind Hironbu Sakaguchi(who created Final Fantasy)is coming to the Nintendo Wii. That’s right Nintendo is taking some of that thunder away from Microsoft and giving themselves more of it. No wonder Nintendo is winning the console war.

Nintendo’s portable format, the DS, is set to get a new edition of Blue Dragon. Currently there are scans floating around all over the internet that make it look like the game is a Card Battling Role-Playing Game, but this is actually incorrect. Apparently even the screenshots that can be found on do not depict Blue Dragon DS very well, with them in actuality referring to a TV-based peripheral that is similar to Dragon Quest Kenshin (the spiritual predecessor to Dragon Quest Swords on Wii) in that you play it once you have plugged it into your television set.

So we really don’t know what to expect from this game, but we thought we would inform you all the same.
