JUST TO ADD TO DAEMONS COMMENT:

These people probaly are looking to sue Nintendo for reasons stemming from their own negligence, and mabey their not. Personally, the WII is a great investment. I have been trying to workout at the GYM for two weeks Iv'e tryed in the morning before I went to work, that didn't work for me because, I would be so tired during the day because I wasn't getting enought sleep, In the evening after I get off of work run errons, go home and perpare dinner, I'm to tired to go to the GYM. I find that the WII is not only intertaining it is convient all I have to do is turn it on . It is also a great way for me and my husband to spend quality time together while we are working out.

I have been reading many articles on Wii related injuries and it is upsetting to me because, quite frankly, these are people just looking to sue Nintendo for reasons stemming from their own negligence.
My thoughts are summed up <a href="http:www.funnynintendowiivideos.com/uh-oh-here-come-the-lawsuits/" rel="nofollow">here.</a>
It is so wonderful that Nintendo came out with a platform that provides people with a workout. The USA is a nation of fat people and so wii need the Wii! But, we are also a nation of get-rich-quick schemes and so this post and others point to a possible downfall of the Wii.
