It looks like we have some good news to bring with us into the New Year. Jade Empire 2 is finally coming to the Xbox 360. If you think that this is just a rumor that will prove to be false than rest assured we have a good source. Dean Takahashi from the Mercury News’ stated that his source was “someone who saw code for Jade Empire 2.”
Unfortunately that is the only information he was able to get. We don’t have any release date – but we’re hoping that it will be ready sometime next year. We all know that the first game was great and are hoping that the game’s new feature - Mass Effect’s conversational system will provide more fun.

Playstation’s new 2.1 firmware update was full of several upgrades – but none was more desirable and cooler than the brand new music visualizer. It isn’t often that we decide to just sit down and listen to our music on the PS3 and just stare at the screen. Usually the visualizers are bright and can annoy the heck out of us.
This new music visualizer has been given a space theme and will make you want to stare at it for hours. It lets you see the motion of music in a whole new way. Perhaps the days of the American public being obsessed with space travel are long gone, but that doesn’t mean the great black beyond isn’t beautiful and mysterious.

There is only three more days left to finish all that Christmas shopping and the one item that everyone wants is the one thing that can’t be found. Even with Nintendo working together with Game Stop in creating the ‘rain check’ program consumers are still not able to get their hands on that perfect gift. Maybe it’s because they are looking in the wrong place. Perhaps they should be turning their eyes to Ebay.

It looks like Amazon is slicing the prices of some of our favorite games for the holiday season. One of the most recent games that they have lowered the price for is Virtua Fighter 5 on the Xbox 360.
Amazon slashed the price from $59.99 down to $39.99. Amazon has previously held steep discounts to attract select video game sales. The retailer discounted the Halo 3 Legendary Edition to $79.99 on Black Friday, the annual shopping day after Thanksgiving.
